Role Responsibilities

Garden Maintenance: Carry out tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, and weeding to ensure our clients’ gardens remain immaculate.

Plant Knowledge & Expertise: Use your understanding of planting schemes and horticulture to contribute to excellent garden design and care.

Machinery Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery to deliver efficient, high-quality results.

Client Focus: Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional garden maintenance and inspiring outdoor spaces.

What We’re Looking For

Enthusiasm & Reliability: A self-motivated, hands-on professional who takes pride in their work.

Horticultural Qualification: Not essential, but a formal background in horticulture is highly desirable.

Detail-Oriented Expertise: A keen eye for detail, with a solid understanding of plants, seasonal garden care, and modern landscaping techniques.

Mobility: A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle are essential. We’re open to flexible arrangements depending on your location.

Work Location
The majority of our work is in the Meon Valley—Warnford, Droxford, and West Meon. We also serve clients in Warsash, Netley, and surrounding areas, so you’ll need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle.
